How to Export N26 Bank Statements to CSV or PDF

Learn how to export your N26 bank statements in CSV (WebApp only) or PDF. Step-by-step instructions for downloading N26 transactions into Excel, Google Sheets or BetterBankStatements.com.

Exporting N26 Statements on Desktop (WebApp)

  1. Log in: Go to the N26 WebApp and sign in with your account.
  2. Choose your account or space: Select the account or Space you want to export transactions from.
  3. Download CSV file:
    • Click the download icon.
    • Under CSV Export, choose your start and end dates.
    • Click Download CSV to save the file.
  4. Download PDF statements (optional):
    • Under Bank statements, select the relevant month.
    • Download it as a PDF file.
  5. Use your file: Open CSVs directly in Excel, Google Sheets, or upload to BetterBankStatements.com for clean transaction analysis.

Exporting N26 Statements on Mobile (App)

  1. Open the N26 app on iOS or Android.
  2. From the Home screen, tap More → Monthly Statements.
  3. Select the month you want.
  4. The statement will be downloaded to your phone as a PDF file.

⚠️ Note: CSV exports are not available in the mobile app. You must use the WebApp.

  • Custom date range exports are available in CSV format on the WebApp.
