Service description

We help you combine and normalise bank statement files (CSV/XLSX/ODS) locally in your browser and export results. We do not connect to your bank.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 and capable of entering a binding contract.

Accounts

Registering enables free credits and purchasing additional credits. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure.

Credits & usage

• Credits represent the right to process files (usually one credit per file).
• Trial/bonus credits may be granted at our discretion.
• Anonymous usage is rate-limited to prevent abuse and may change over time.

Payments & refunds

Payments are handled by Stripe. Credits are generally non-expiring and non-transferable. If we can’t process a valid file due to a defect, contact support for a reasonable remedy or refund at our discretion.

Your content

You retain rights to your files. You must have the right to process the files and avoid unlawful content or third-party personal data without permission.

Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, attacks, or abuse.
• No automated scraping or excessive load.
• No use that violates laws or third-party rights.

No financial advice

The Service provides tooling and reports only; it does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We’re not liable for downtime or data loss on your device.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee outputs are error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid for credits in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected breach or abuse. On termination, unused credits may be forfeited where permitted by law.

Updates

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, with exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts (unless mandatory local law applies).
